All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery times will depend on the country your shipping to, but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Orders within Benelux usually take 1-2 working days.

Please send your parcel to the address on the return form. If you lost it / haven't received a return form: please get in contact with customer service.

If you want to swap the item for a new one, please make sure you order the new item first to make sure it isn't sold out.

You have 14 days to return you're package from the day you've received it.

We make sure to send your money back the moment we receive your return. This could take a couple days, but don't hesitate to contact us if it takes too long!
