You'll receive a confirmation email when we've received your order.

In some cases we can change the shipping address! If your order hasn't been shipped and if your shipping label hasn't been printed yet. Please get in touch with Customer Service so they can assist you further.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery times will depend on the country your shipping to, but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Orders within Benelux usually take 1-2 working days.

Returning an item is of course no problem. Before your item is shipped, it will be checked for damage and incompleteness. It may happen that the item does not fully meet your expectations and/or that the size is not right.

You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
This is possible via our returns address: Om Draai 9, 7001BL Doetinchem (NL).

We accept returns as long as an item is still in its original condition. The costs for returning an item are at your own expense. In the event of an incorrectly delivered item or a defect, we will bear the full return costs. Send customer service a message to receive a return document: webshop@uncommonly.nl .

We aim to refund the amount paid within 5 days of receipt of the returned item. If you are unable to return an item within this period, please contact our customer service.

Then? We do not accept returns after the relevant returns period above. Make sure you keep your Track & Trace in case of any delays. If you attempt to make a return, we may choose to ship the item back to your standard delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.

Original condition: It is fine to try on an item, as you would in a store. Do not wear an item for too long as if an item is returned to Uncommonly in an unsuitable condition or is outside the returns period, Uncommonly will not be able to give you a refund. In the event that the item is returned to you, you may be asked to cover the shipping costs.

Uncommonly will inspect all returns. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when received in order to process a full refund. In addition to the original packaging, all tags and labels must be attached.

Responsibility: Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are well packed and cannot be damaged in transit! Because the package remains your responsibility until it reaches us, make sure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We are not responsible for items accidentally returned to us (it
happens!). If we can locate them (it is not always possible) and you would like them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the shipping costs.

Fair use: Where we suspect fraudulent activity and/or we notice unusual or suspicious activity with your account, we may choose not to issue a refund and block your account and any related accounts.

Such activities include but are not limited to: claims regarding orders not received, missing items, ordering and returning much more than even the most loyal Uncommonly customer would order; unusual patterns of return activity; where we suspect someone is not just trying on their items, but wearing them for extended periods and then returning them; where we refuse multiple returns (see 'When we may withhold a refund' in our terms and conditions); or returning items that have been worn/used and do not match what was originally ordered.

If your account has been deactivated and you would like to make a valid return, please contact customer service.

Do you want to exchange an item? We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they reach our warehouse. Do you need it in a different size or color? Simply place a new order!

We make sure to send your money back the moment we receive your return. This could take a couple days, but don't hesitate to contact us if it takes too long!
